Rebuild Cost Survey for Listed Buildings
Every single one of our rebuild cost estimates is carried out by an RICS accredited surveyor, ensuring compliance to a high industry standard. As it's a desktop survey, there's no need for a site visit, making the process quicker, more affordable, and convenient.
Listed Buildings
We provide rebuild cost surveys for listed houses, listed flats and listed commercial properties.
Grade II, B and C
We cover Grade II and Grade B and C listed properties. We can make provisions for Grade II* listed properties but this is done on a case by case basis.
Under £5 Million
We'll cover properties with a sum insured of under £5 Million. If your property exceeds this, please contact us or book a consultation.
Rebuild Cost Surveys - How do they help underinsurance?
Your buildings insurance is based off your property's rebuild cost.
So in simple terms, if this figure is not accurate or it's outsated; and there's a shortfall between your actual rebuild cost and your level of coverage - you could be left to cover the financial shortfall in the worst case.
A rebuild cost survey gives you an accurate, up to date figure so your insurance can reflect your true rebuild cost.
